Tips to help you boost your Mental Health

1. Set your focus on your strengths.  Gain confidence, courage, and positive energy by recalling your strengths.  Then allow your areas of strength to build the areas in which you need improvement.

2. Enjoy the outdoors.  Sitting or walking to experience nature can boost both your brain and physical health.  Walk around your block, sit in a garden or courtyard area, stroll the beach or visit a local park.  Research has shown sunlight synthesizes Vitamin D which can boost your immune system.

3. Smile! Research has proven that smiling can improve your mood, boost your immune system and reduce stress.

4. Slumber and sleep.  Sleep increases your productivity, your ability to concentrate and reduces heart disease.
