About Me.
God has called and anointed me for "soul care" for women. I am passionate about helping women from all backgrounds develop skills and an understanding of how God has emotionally, mentally, and physically designed them. My mission is to empower women with overall well-being. I love to share the positive and beneficial skills I developed that have helped to create my well-being. These cognitive and faith-based skills have empowered me to overcome challenges and obstacles, therefore, I can share my personal experience of loss, grieving, pain, and disappointments while also enduring my well-being. Sharing soul care brings me great joy!

Since I was a young girl, other girls have sought my advice. This pattern has grown stronger over the years. Many have told me they open up to me because they see me as trustworthy and non-judgmental. One person mentioned that I seemed approachable, and another shared that after a brief conversation, she felt truly "seen and heard" by me. I’ve realized that the love of Jesus Christ in my heart allows me to connect and share with almost any woman I meet. I always smile and offer a kind word to anyone who crosses my path. I am dedicated to sharing my testimony of God's amazing love and forgiveness. The overflow of God's grace and love extends to women for healing and wholeness.

For over 15 years, I’ve had the pleasure of mentoring, leading, serving, and empowering women through community involvement, Bible study groups, leadership training, facilitation, and coaching. The personal knowledge and experience I gained in my local church and community have provided me with clarity on the profound need for this style of mental health support for women.

Additionally, I served eight years as a board member of a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring and empowering women. We planned and facilitated annual weekend retreats for women to rejuvenate, revive, and replenish their lives.
I reside in the Tampa Bay area with my loving and supportive husband of 23 years and our two sons.
My Approach.
The proven methodology of Be Still My Soul integrates various elements such as inspirational speaking, gratitude journaling, positive affirmations, guided breathing, guided stretching, scripture declarations, therapeutic coloring, devotionals, self-discovery and self-awareness activities, and personal and reflective meditation to inspire and develop wellness.

I empower women to successfully achieve their goals by asking the right questions, allowing us to gather awareness and insights together. Through creative engagement with questions and journaling, I help unlock the inner soul, remove roadblocks, and reveal the inner power to change and grow.

I also collaborate with licensed mental health therapists to achieve amazing results. Full disclosure is preferred and necessary as we have completely different roles, but we complement each other to ensure your well-being.
My Credentials.
I am passionate about learning and increasing my knowledge to better help people. My mission is to facilitate a more strategic, successful, and comprehensive approach to helping women succeed. To further this goal, I earned a Certification to become a Board-Certified Mental Health Coach.
I have received extensive training through Light University, in partnership with the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC). Through this program, I have joined forces with qualified mental health professionals, paraprofessionals, pastors, chaplains, and lay counseling ministry leaders to provide mental health services. This certification has equipped me with the practical and fundamental theories, principles, practices, and skills of mental health coaching.

The IBCC's credentials set the standard of excellence and integrity in the helping professions. The in-depth practical and spiritual education I received has enhanced my ability to help women make significant changes, and discover love, peace, joy, and clarity in their identities. With a renewed identity and perspective, they can better manage and achieve personal and professional goals.

My next endeavor is to become certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to further improve my coaching services. Currently, I integrate a few principles of EQ to help clients identify and regulate their emotions and understand the emotions of others.

Additionally, I have over twenty years of experience in business and corporate environments, which has allowed me to develop strong skills in customer service, best practices, teamwork, problem-solving, oral communication, and follow-up. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Paul is summarizing his message from verses two thru seven to inspire hope with instruction not to mediate on problems, people or the past but to meditate on everything optimistic, helpful, positive, encouraging and has biblical truths and be careful to exclude everything that is not.
